The two room apartment Berlin city Alexanderplatz impresses through its wonderful location. In the very heart of the city but yet absolutely calm and idyllic – due to the generous yard area. There’s a small connection between Dircksenstrasse and the famous Neue Schönhauser Allee. The apartment is beautifully cut and in redevelopped condition. Above all it is furnished with love. Especially remarkable is the vitrification of the living/ bed room area. A big balcony of about 6 m² invites you in the summer to have your breakfast outside. If you’re about to bring smaller children they’ll be happy about the small Süplayground with sand box which you can see from the balcony.

untuil the 25 of november there will be renovation work done on the balconies of this entire building, making the balconies maybe not useable. For this reason the quality of the stay could be inhibited by noise or dust. We will make individual agreements as to prices in this period.

The apartment is completely furnished and equipped. It features an american style sit-in-kitchen, a bathroom with tub, a generously cut livin/ bed room area, one bed room, a hall and a big balcony.

The living/bed room area is prettily equipped with: a cable tv, a small music chain, a 1.40 x 2.00 m double bed with nightstands and lamp, a comfortable bed couch with coffee table.

Parking: A fee is required for parking alongside the street! (Park space management 09:00 h-24: 00h: 1 euro per hour).
There's a garage space for one car at your disposal as well (max. height of 1.50m)
