Here we offer one out of three Berlin accommodations with a size of about 45 m² - each max. 4 people. All three are located in the same building. You are here in the middle of the city (Berlin Mitte) but also inmidst a calm and idyllic arranged yard of generous measures including a small boutique with tasty furnishing accessories. With us you can really spend a familyfriendly vacation because we have 2 small playgrounds just in front of your accommodation and more than enough space to play around. You can enter the yard from both Dircksenstraße and the well-known Neue Schönhauser Allee.

All accommodations are beautifully cut and in mint condition. Above all they are beautifully and lovingly furnished. Especially remarkable is the generous vitrification of the living-/ bed room which leaves the rooms bathed in the light. The balcony of about 6m² invites you in the summer to have your breakfast outside.

The accommodation offers a kitchen, a bathroom with tub, a living-/ bed room of generous measures, a hall and a balcony.

The living-/ bed room is equipped with a cable tv, a small hifi, a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m with nightstands and lamp, a closet, a chest of drawers, a comfortable extendible bed couch of about 150x200 m with table as well as a dining table with armchairs.

There's a garage space for one car at your disposal as well (max. height of 1.50m)
