|How do I know if accommodation is available?|

If the travel dates are free, you can book the accommodation bindingly. As security, you will receive a booking confirmation by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, you can enquire by telephone (outside of office hours, this can take longer).
|Where do I find information about the furnishings and equipment. of a property e.g. number of beds, equipment for children, kitchen equipment or internet access?|
|Every property is described in extensive detail so that all your queries about equipment should be answered. For an example here you will find the equipment list for property no. 1 >>.If you still have any open queries, you can also make further enquiries here. |If babies or small children are travelling, must I include them in the number of people when doing a search? Are there discounts for children?|
|Every person travelling must be counted so babies and children must also be counted. Many owners offer discounts for children. The price calculator will show exactly what has been calculated for your children. |The minimum length of booking of a property is longer than I would like to book it for. Are exceptions possible?|
|The minimum length of booking for the chosen properties is binding. However, should your trip be planned for the next two weeks or your trip fill a gap, then it is possible to make enquiries about an exception. to do this you must first of all chose a property.|
|Are there discounts for a property?|

|Are there volume discounts for example if I wish to stay longer or book for several periods?|

We offer exclusively online booking. After booking, your will receive a telephone number and email address for further questions.

|Can I make a non-binding booking for a property.?|
Unfortunately, you cannot make a non-binding booking with us.

|When and how do I receive the booking confirmation. ?|
|Immediately after your booking you will receive an email with confirmation of the RECEIPT by us of your booking. Within 24 hours you will receive another email with the booking confirmation. If you do not receive the email, please enquire by telephone or by email (outside of office hours, it can take longer).|
|When and how does payment take place (of the deposit and balance)?|
With the booking confirmation you will receive our account details in order to pay the deposit of 20% plus bank charges (please do not pay more).
If you would like to pay by credit card you can use our partner paypal.com (please use our email address as the receiver). If your arrival takes place within less than 10 days, you do not need to make a deposit.
Generally you pay 80% or 100% in cash on arrival with very short notice bookings.
In exceptional cases and only with the agreement of the owner, other terms of payment may be agreed. The owner is also entitled to require payment / balance by transfer from you. To do this you will receive the account details of the owner. It is important that the correct amount is credited before the arrival date. This can be required if for instance the owner does not himself live in the same place as the property.
|Can I cancel a booking and how much are the cancellation fees??|

|How and where does the handing over of the keys for the booked property take place?|
As soon as your deposit is received for the booking, you will receive by email detailed data for the booked property and data for the contact person on the day of arrival. Please contact this person at least 2 days before the arrival day in order to agree the arrival time in person.
for short notice bookings you will receive the data by email with the booking confirmation.
The handing overof the keys and explanation of the property is carried out independently in 99% of cases . Very few properties have a reception in the building.
In rare cases the keys are collected at a neighbouring address. However, this will be indicated on the accommodation offer. Also in very rare cases your keys will be sent to you by post. This will also be indicated in the property offer.
|Is it possible to check in earlier than indicated or to leave my baggage at the property earlier?|
|Whether you can check in earlier depends on various factors. In all cases, this can only be decided with the owner shortly before the arrival. If an earlier arrival is obligatory for you, then you must pay for the previous night.|
|Is it a problem if I arrive late??|
Generally owners will also consider late arrivals. However, some owners require extra fees. You will see what fees if any apply in the price table for the property As an example. you will find here the price table for property no. >>
If owners exclude the possibility of late arrivals, this is indicated in the acommodation offer.
|If something does not go smoothly with the arrival whom should I contact?|
It is very rare that an arrival does not go smoothly.
The condition for an uncomplicated arrival is to get in contact and make arrangements with the contact person by email or telephone. Am Anreisetag selbst wünschen manche Vermieter noch einmal einen Anruf in dem Sie die vereinbarte Ankunftszeit bestätigen. Please ensure before your arrival that the owner also has your mobile number in order to reach you in the event of an emergency.
Ifsomething should not go right, please call us. We will try to find you a replacement property at short notice.

|If something is not right with the property who do I contact?|
The property should have the basic characteristics described in the offer of accommodation. Do not hesitate to point out shortcomings immediately upon your arrival or during your stay. Every owner should do his best to overcome these shortcomings.
The first port of call for such cases is always your contact person. If this person cannot help you with the matter then you can contact us.
|Can I check out later than indicated or to leave my baggage at the property later?|
|Whether you can check out later than indicated or leave your baggage longer depends on various factors. In all cases, this can only be decided with the owner shortly before the departure. If a later departure is obligatory for you, then you must pay for the following night.|
|Is it a problem if I want to leave very early??|

|When and how do I receive my breakage deposit back?|
|You will receive your breakage deposit back on the day of departure in cash. This is of course provided all keys are returned and there is no damage or breakage. In rare cases, for example for very early departures, the key deposit will be returned by transfer after departure.|
|Can I evaluate a property|
|You will receive shortly after your arrival an email. This email includes a link to the evaluation form. Your opinion is important to us for the quality maintainance of our selection and is useful for the owner as well as for future guests.|
