Positive:   + Bright, light-flooded Dachwohunung with large windows and balcony + Spacious apartment + Well-equipped, modern kitchen + Modern TV & hi-fi components + Central location (with U-and S-Bahn connections), only 4 stops to Brad Burger Tor
