payment:
Downpayment of 20% upon reservation by bank transfer or via paypal.com.
(any bank fees incurred will not be paid by us.)
Balance payment: (80%) in cash on the arrival date (insofar as not wished otherwise by the landlord)!
Arrival/Departure:
Arrival from 14:00 - 22:00 is possible.
Arrival after 22:00 incur further fees.
Departure between 6:00 - 11:00 and is possible.
Departure before 6:00 is not possible.
Exact arrival time must be agreed with the landlord personally at least 48h before arrival.
Cancellation:
