This apartment is located in a listed building of historical interest on the avenue formerly known as Stalin-Allee. The imposing Staußberger Square is right on your doorstep. The stylish, renovated apartment has 2 balconies and is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. The apartment is quietly located at the rear of the building, overlooking trees, so you are away from any street noise. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is a new organic foods shop in the building itself. The bus stop Straußberger Platz is also close by. On the ground floor, there is a bicycle room so that you can store your bicycles in a safe place. In the hallway there is an art nouveau lamp, a genuine Tibetan rug and a charming Chinese sideboard.
